In a special and customized crane, there are two crab hoists on the same girder which are synchronized with each other in all motions for tandem operation. It should be noted that crab hoists are also independent for individual operation.
Anti collision system has been provided in the crab hoists for the safety.
A customized radio remote operates all the operations and also it should be noted that it is very easy to operate for the operators.
Another project is running of two wire rope hoists in which customers’ requirement is like that the falls of wire ropes from the hoists must be in the same line as it passes from the small gallery in the application which is successfully designed and in the process of the manufacturing. Another feature is that both hoists are 5m apart and in synchronization with each other in all motion and shall be operating through Radio Remote Control.
